About Me

At the age of 39, I was a successful and liked manager at a great, growing company, married to an amazing woman, with a beautiful young daughter, living a great life in Toronto. Yet beneath this seemingly perfect exterior, I was struggling. Stress dominated my life, my sleep was poor, meals were rushed, and I couldn’t keep up with my family’s active lifestyle. The aches and pains that once came and went now became permanent fixtures. My legendary focus was fading, and by mid-afternoon, my energy levels would plummet.

The combination of a demanding job, aging, and unhealthy habits began eroding my happiness. When COVID hit and lockdowns forced us into a cramped apartment, back and neck pain from constant sitting intensified my stress. In my self-absorption, I failed to notice my wife experiencing similar challenges—but with one crucial difference: she found her way out through consistent exercise, eventually reaching fitness coach-level expertise.

Today at 44, I’m in the best physical shape of my life. I feel energized, in control of my schedule, and genuinely enjoy each day with optimism for the future.

Over the past five years, I’ve dedicated myself to testing countless fitness, nutrition, and mindset strategies. Through this journey of experimentation and learning, I’ve created specialized courses designed for people just like I was five years ago – professionals wanting to feel better, invest in longevity, and reverse the damage of neglect.

My courses specifically target white-collar professionals working stressful jobs who haven’t prioritized their nutrition, exercise, and sleep, and are beginning to feel the toll on their bodies and minds.

My mission is simple but profound: to help people like you reclaim your vitality, build sustainable healthy habits, and discover the version of yourself that’s been waiting to emerge. Because the transformation I experienced isn’t unique or magical – it’s accessible to anyone willing to follow a proven, step-by-step approach to rebuilding the foundations of a healthy life.
